We are based in a lovely private community building that has its own large field which we love to use in the warmer months. We have a fully licensed cash bar and relaxing adult environment for well deserved refreshments after an activity. There are dartboards and a pool table avaliable on request. 

On Tuesdays, we offer mixed ability Fitness and Games. Movement is so vital to being healthy and feeling amazing. Its not always easy to participate in more mainstream sports teams, so we have designed a programme that mixes in traditional sports with drama, classic board games and music to get our bodies moving. 

On Wednesdays, we provide a fun social environment where we  enjoy a variety of social activities such as Musical Bingo, Quizzes and the Board Game Cafe.  

On Thursday evenings from 7pm-9pm we have our weekly disco Oasis. 

Sessions cost £3 per person (carers are free)
